TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN

During 1992 Dr Michael Partis was Head of the Divison of Agriculture and Science. At the end of his term as Head, Dr Partis passed to me a Level Arch file containing documents pertaining to events over that year regarding Dr David Rindos. I kept these in my own office apart from other Divisional files.

Sometime in 1993, I was asked by Professor Robert Wood, Acting Deputy Vice Chancellor, for any papers in the Divisional Office which were relevant to the case. I told him about the file from Dr Partis and he requested that it be passed to him.

I personally handed the file to Professor Wood in his office in the Vice Chancellory and have not seen it since.
